Terms of Service
Membership Terms
By applying for and obtaining membership in Apex Collective, you agree to abide by our code of conduct and community guidelines. Membership is a privilege and can be suspended or revoked for behavior deemed harmful to community safety, reputation, or operations.
Applicants and members must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Ontario) unless Apex Collective explicitly states otherwise in writing.
Event Participation
Participation in Apex Collective drives and events is at your own risk. Members are responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, licensing, and safe driving behavior. All participants must comply with event instructions and any event-specific waivers.
Guests And Access
Not all events allow guests. Guest attendance is only permitted when an event is explicitly identified as guest-permitted by organizers. Apex Collective may deny entry, remove attendees, or limit access for operational or safety reasons.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a strict "no ego, no clout" policy. Respect for other drivers, local communities, and the laws of the road is paramount during all collective activities.
Media And Vehicle Photos
Event media may include photos and videos of vehicles, including visible license plates, and may be published on Apex Collective channels such as social media, website galleries, and community channels.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Apex Collective, including logos, designs, and media from events, is the property of Apex Collective and may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Liability
Apex Collective, its organizers, and volunteers are not responsible for loss, injury, theft, citations, or damages arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Updates to Terms
Apex Collective reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members may be notified of significant changes through registered contact methods or official member channels.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes related to these Terms will be handled by courts in Ontario.
